We want you to be completely enamored with your loongPearl piece. If for any reason your selection does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.
Return Policy & Conditions
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within [ 14 ] days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be in its original, pristine condition—unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags and security seals fully intact.
Please note: Due to the delicate nature of baroque pearls, items returned with signs of wear, removed tags, or missing the original eco-friendly packaging cannot be accepted and will be respectfully returned to the sender.
Due to the organic nature of baroque pearls, slight variations in shape, luster, and surface texture are inherent characteristics of the gem, not defects. Returns based solely on natural pearl variations will be subject to our standard restocking fee.
All eligible non-defective returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or exchange, simply reach out to our Concierge at support@loongpearl.com with your order number. Our team will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label and personalized instructions to ensure your piece travels safely back to our atelier.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our artisans to confirm its pristine condition, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) and international duties/taxes are non-refundable.
Bespoke & Final Sale Items
Custom-made pieces and items marked as "Final Sale" have been exclusively crafted or specially priced, and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.
Items modified to your specifications (including drilled pearls, custom chain lengths, or specific metal settings) are considered Bespoke and are strictly final sale.
