To ensure your jewelry arrives safely and in pristine condition, all shipments are comprehensively insured against loss or damage in transit. Our liability ceases once the carrier confirms the package has been delivered to the provided address.

Artisanal Preparation Because our jewelry features unrepeatable baroque pearls and is meticulously hand-strung, we require a brief moment to perform a final quality inspection, secure your piece with our anti-tamper seal, and carefully prepare your unboxing experience. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our artisans to process and dispatch your order.

While we strive to meet these timelines, processing may take longer during peak seasons or due to the sourcing of rare bespoke pearls. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or customs clearance.

Artisan Handcrafted Delivery We are pleased to offer a premium, insured shipping experience tailored to the bespoke nature of our jewelry. Once your order has passed our artisans' final quality check, estimated transit times are as follows:

Security & Signature Requirements Your peace of mind is our priority. All loongPearl shipments are comprehensively insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit. To safeguard your investment, orders exceeding $1,000 (USD) require a direct signature upon delivery.

Address Accuracy: It is the client's responsibility to provide an accurate and secure shipping address. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been dispatched. loongPearl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to the address entered for an order.

The loongPearl Promise: International Duties & Taxes To provide a truly seamless luxury experience, loongPearl proudly pre-pays all international shipping costs and import duties (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP). Your jewelry will arrive directly at your door with no unexpected customs delays or hidden tax invoices.

Important Note: Because these high cross-border tariffs and international express logistics costs are permanently unrecoverable to our brand once dispatched, please be advised that all eligible refunds will be subject to a 15% International Recovery Fee, as detailed in our Return Policy. (Clients who opt for an Exchange or a 100% Store Credit will have this fee entirely waived as part of our VIP service).
