To ensure your jewelry arrives safely and in pristine condition, All loongPearl shipments are comprehensively insured against loss or damage in transit. Our liability ceases once the carrier confirms the package has been delivered to the provided address.
Artisanal Preparation
Because our jewelry features unrepeatable baroque pearls and is meticulously hand-strung, we require a brief moment to perform a final quality inspection and carefully prepare your unboxing experience. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our artisans to process and dispatch your order.
While we strive to meet these timelines, processing may take longer during peak seasons or due to the sourcing of rare bespoke pearls. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, weather, or customs clearance.

International Duties & Taxes
For our international clients, please note that shipping quotes do not include local customs duties or taxes. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.If a package is returned to our atelier due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, the original shipping costs and any return fees imposed by the carrier will be deducted from your refund.
